This role is responsible for performing field inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable state and local codes, and working closely with contractors, clients, and internal teams throughout the construction process.</p><p><br></p><p>This position may be filled at varying levels depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform field inspections across structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with state and municipal building codes and regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Interpret construction plans, specifications, and related documents&nbsp;</li><li>Identify code violations and provide clear corrective direction&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Assist contractors, architects, and the public with code interpretation and inspection processes&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct site investigations and support resolution of construction-related issues&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and participate in project-related meetings&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Work Location</strong><br> Santa Rosa, Auburn, Fairfield, California</p>",
