    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyse customer inputs and understand requirements such as Design Specifications, P&amp;IDs, Control Narratives, IO list, Instrument Index, Operating Philosophies, Cause &amp; effect diagrams, FGS layouts etc.</li>\n <li>Follow Emerson’ FSM process and maintain all SIS related documentation of the assigned activities as per safety lifecycle requirement</li>\n <li>Verify compliance to IEC61511/other as per assigned scope in project</li>\n <li>Raise Technical Queries</li>\n <li>Develop Safety System SW Design</li>\n <li>Perform I/O to Safety Logic Solver Assignment</li>\n <li>Define Software Concepts</li>\n <li>Define third party interfaces (eg. Addressable FGS.)</li>\n <li>Develop SW library (Logic as well as graphics)</li>\n <li>Develop project specific SW typicals</li>\n <li>Perform SW Typical Test</li>\n <li>Design &amp; Develop I/O &amp; SIS modules</li>\n <li>Develop ESD, FGS, BMS (Burner Management System) logic</li>\n <li>Develop graphics based on Cause &amp; Effect, FGS layout file</li>\n <li>Develop Third party interface database/modules</li>\n <li>Develop Internal test plan</li>\n <li>Perform Internal testing SW&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform Third Party Interface test</li>\n <li>Develop SW FAT plan</li>\n <li>Develop HW-SW Integration plan</li>\n <li>Perform Integrated testing between SW &amp; HW</li>\n <li>Perform FAT with customer</li>\n <li>Develop As Built documentation</li>\n <li>Develop SAT plan</li>\n <li>Perform SAT at customer location</li>\n <li>Loop checks at site</li>\n <li>Startup &amp; Commissioning support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Accreditations, Certifications Or Affiliations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>TUV Certified Safety Engineer, CFSP/CFSE would be added advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quality Control &amp; Assurance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implementation of EEEC IMS processes/documentation as &amp; when required throughout the project.</li>\n <li>Adopts to WA quality requirements and Customer’s regulatory guidelines</li>\n <li>Practices and promotes First time right approach.</li>\n <li>Rigorously follows GDP (Good Documentation Practices).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. These will, typically, be strategic in nature but could potentially be anything that the post holder is suitably qualified and experienced to undertake. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.</p>\n<p><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of relevant work experience in the field of safety instrumented system, process control and automation. Can be reduced to 3 years in case entire experience is with safety systems. SIS (ESD, FGS, BMS) design experience in Engineering Industry is desired.
