          "text": "<p><strong>Available shifts</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Afternoon Shift</strong>: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4x10 schedule)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; responsibilities include</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Document repairs provided from multiple sources (EDVIR, walk-ups/ triage, email, technician findings, operations, maintenance software) and prioritize work accordingly.</li><li>Maintain the local “Facility Planner” spreadsheet outlining daily workflow</li><li>Prepare work orders in Enrich and assign tasks as needed to technicians after repairs have been approved by the Shop Supervisor and/or Service Manager</li><li>Ensure all tasks are completed in Enrich with proper comments for each job line</li><li>Ensure warranty claims are opened for all warrantable parts and/or repairs</li><li>Work with Parts Dept to ensure parts are in stock and/or ordered prior to equipment arriving for PM service and/or repairs</li><li>Assist parts Dept in sourcing parts&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure part cores are returned for proper credit</li><li>Close completed work orders after review</li><li>Works with Outsourced Maintenance Coordinators to schedule equipment and ensures equipment gets to the required shop</li><li>Driver &amp; Customer Relations</li></ul>",
