Job Summary: Provides clerical & support and Spanish translation for Occupational Medicine Clinic. How you'll contribute: A Medical Office Assistant who excels at this role: Responsible for front office procedures. Back office responsibilities. Responsible for other office duties. Demonstrate sound judgment, patience and maintain a professional demeanor at all times Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize Strong computer skills Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Creativity, problem analysis and decision making Ability to work varied shifts Performs other duties as assigned. What we are looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree preferred. Strong clerical skills, including keyboard and basic computer programs Knowledge of medical terminology desirable. Good communication skills in dealing with general public on phone and in person.
