You will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional beverage menu, managing inventory, leading a team of bartenders and servers, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a deep understanding of beverage trends, who thrives in a collaborative environment and has the potential to shape our beverage program's future.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences</li>\n <li>Design and update seasonal craft cocktail menus, wine lists, and spirits offerings</li>\n <li>Oversee daily bar operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cleanliness</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations</li>\n <li>Monitor beverage costs and implement strategies to control spending and waste</li>\n <li>Build relationships with distributors and negotiate favorable pricing and partnerships</li>\n <li>Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop bar promotions and experiences</li>\n <li>Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience in a beverage management or head bartender role, preferably in a high-end or craft cocktail environment</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and mixology</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and staff effectively</li>\n <li>Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mentality</li>\n <li>Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
