font-size: 12pt\">Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets to drive reliability decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems, converting learnings into actionable reliability improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability practices — including capacity planning, load testing, and fault injection — into the development lifecycle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain robust observability pipelines covering metrics, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Identify and systematically eliminate toil through automation, tooling, and process improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Participate in on-call rotations, maintaining and continuously improving runbooks and escalation procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Foster a culture of reliability and operational excellence across engineering teams through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer, or related role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE, kubectl, Helm) and containerization (Docker).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI, Jenkins).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of SRE principles including SLOs, error budgets, and the balance between reliability and velocity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Experience with observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Strong incident management skills, including structured on-call practices and blameless post-mortem culture.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19); font-size: 12pt\">Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 20, 19);
