Assistant to Partner, Comedy Touring

We are currently seeking an Assistant to a Partner in Comedy Touring . The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines, adeptly managing daily schedules and preparing for meetings. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and writing abilities are a must. This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 - $27.00 per hour based on tenure. What You’ll Do · Manage phone calls, calendars, and conduct research for meetings. · Maintain and update spreadsheets, draft communications, and manage tasks proactively to streamline business processes. · Liaise with internal staff at all levels, as well as external clients and partners. · Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for accounting approval. · Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments using detailed grids.
