We pioneer advanced solutions to meet the evolving demands of decentralized applications.\n\n The Role\n\nAs a Security Engineer at Anza, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the Solana ecosystem by designing and implementing robust security measures. You will work closely with core developers, ecosystem teams, and external auditors to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in distributed systems protocols and blockchain client software. Your expertise will help shape security best practices and advance the security posture of blockchain technology.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Design and implement security and defense in depth controls to prevent and limit vulnerabilities.\n Conduct advanced security research on Solana and other Rust based smart contract platforms.\n Work closely with core contributors to perform in depth internal security audits.\n Work with external security audits in collaboration with top tier third party firms.\n Effectively communicate security risks and solutions to both technical and non technical stakeholders.\n Uphold the highest standards of integrity, trust, and professionalism in all security practices.\n\n Requirements\n\n What You'll Bring\n\n Educational background in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.\n 5+ years of software engineering experience related to complex distributed systems, either on the design, implementation or testing side\n Familiarity with modern infrastructure tools and testing approaches\n Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail\n Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey complex security concepts to technical and non technical stakeholders\n Previous auditing experience\n Experience working with fuzzing tools in Rust \n Rigorous testing standards.\n Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.\n Proficient in English, sufficient for success in a remote and asynchronous work environment\n Effective communication skills: regularly achieves consensus with peers, and clear status updates.\n An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility.\n Self motivated and self managing, with excellent organizational skills.\n Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.\n A positive and solution oriented mindset.\n\n Preferred Qualifications\n\nFamiliarity with at least one or more Rust based smart contract platforms, including Solana, Cosmwasm, NEAR (strong preference to pre existing Solana experience).\n\n Benefits\n\n Why Join Anza?\n\nWe offer a dynamic, fast paced environment where innovation and problem solving are at the heart of everything we do.
