    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for building strategic partnerships with the business and hiring managers as it relates to Badger’s recruitment activities. The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment of roles for Badger’s business in North America as well as special project support.&nbsp;</p><p>The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.</p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Executes full cycle recruiting Company-wide, utilizing the applicant tracking system with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to the process.</li><li>Build strategic partnerships with the business and hiring managers, make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications. &nbsp;</li><li>Develop sourcing strategies that will maximize the exposure of Badger’s open positions and identify top talent.</li><li>Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers to discuss needs and search progress. &nbsp;</li><li>Partner with hiring manager to define interview team, interview parameters, and competency requirements for interview team; participate in interviews and facilitate debriefing sessions as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You'll Need For Success:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or high school diploma with work experience equivalency</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience preferred in the construction or manufacturing industries.</li><li>Experience as a consultative talent acquisition partner to the business.</li><li>Experience working in a metrics driven environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruiting systems – ATS (ORC preferred), CRM, sourcing tools.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>If you feel you don’t have the experience listed above, but still think you are qualified for the job, we encourage you to apply for consideration.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You'll Get In Return:</strong></p><ul><li>Generous salary and bonus program(s)</li><li>Low-cost Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li><li>Retirement plan with employer matching contributions</li><li>Attractive vacation programs</li><li>Inclusive Group Life insurance</li><li>Supportive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that allows for covered behavioral health visits</li><li>Rewarding employee referral program</li><li>Valuable employee training program(s)</li></ul><p>#LI-AK1</p>",
