    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Sierra Tucson, a world renowned residential treatment center, is seeking a<strong> <em>PRN Massage Therapist </em></strong> </p>\n<p>to work at our beautiful campus, located at <strong>39580 S Lago del Oro Parkway, Tucson AZ.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>           PURPOSE STATEMENT:</strong></p>\n<p>             Provide Swedish, Dep Tissue and/or Therapeutic massage services as an integrative and complimentary treatment technique for patients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SCHEDULE:</strong> As needed</p>\n<p><strong>Pay starting</strong> at $50.00/ hr for massage therapy sessions</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</strong></p>\n<p> Provide Swedish, Dep Tissue and/or Therapeutic massage services as an integrative and complimentary treatment technique for patients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Swedish and/or Shiatsu massage with appropriate, generally accepted techniques.</li>\n <li>Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.</li>\n <li>Verify the order for services and reason for request for services with nursing staff/medical provider.</li>\n <li>Address needs of patient as applicable to the orders in treatment sessions.</li>\n <li>Complete charting information in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n <li>Complete billing information in a timely and accurate manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in team approach in treatment of trauma, eating disorders and addiction.</li>\n <li>Familiar with all pertinent policies including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, staff professional behavior, infection control, fire and safety, massage services and HIPAA issues.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.  When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.  Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>OTHER FUNCTIONS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited massage institute with license to practice as a massage therapist required.</li>\n <li>Experience in providing massage services to patients recovering from trauma, addictions, and eating disorders required.</li>\n <li>One or more years’ experience in professional massage required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).</li>\n <li>First aid may be required based on state or facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing equal  employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-ST</p>\n<p>STU01</p>",
