The ideal candidate brings strong experience in IP networking, telecommunications backhaul, and troubleshooting across complex wired and wireless environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Design, integrate, and modernize communications system networks to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability&nbsp;</p><p>· Develop IP network architectures for telecommunications backhaul, including routers, switches, and gateways; document designs through network diagrams and system topologies&nbsp;</p><p>· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across wired and wireless IP networks, including microwave and RF-based transport systems&nbsp;</p><p>· Configure, test, and validate network components in lab and operational environments prior to deployment&nbsp;</p><p>· Collaborate with network operations teams on IP addressing schemes, port assignments, and system integration activities&nbsp;</p><p>· Support change management processes, including preparation and submission of change requests&nbsp;</p><p>· Gather and analyze customer requirements; identify issues and develop technical solutions to support system enhancements and modernization efforts&nbsp;</p><p>· Support procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management of communications systems&nbsp;</p><p>· Develop technical documentation, executive briefings, presentations, and white papers for stakeholders</p>",
