    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position</strong></p><p>Team Leads are workers who have a high degree of technical proficiency in their jobs, who serve as intermediaries between their supervisor and employees. &nbsp;Team leaders serve as mentors and trainers for their work area. &nbsp;With this dual role, the job description(s) of the jobs in the area also apply to the Team Lead.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay:&nbsp;</strong>$26.25 - $30.25/hour</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Friday - Sunday and every other Thursday 4:00am - 4:30pm or 4:00pm - 4:30am</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direction and scheduling to team members in their daily activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Assign work, give directions, and monitor work progress.</li><li>Handle product movement and dispatch coordination.&nbsp;</li><li>Effectively communicate needs, priorities, and issues to the Supervisor, relevant departments, logistics, engineering, and production management, including those on different shifts. &nbsp;</li><li>Promote flow and pull of products and information to internal and ultimately external customers.</li><li>Identify, investigate, and resolve issues.</li><li>Train and orient new employees on company standards and procedures.</li><li>Implement 5S tools and reduce variation in the work environment.</li><li>Develop employees&rsquo; continuous improvement abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Use and develop visual systems so that no problems are hidden. Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior.</li><li>Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical knowledge related to the field of manufacturing and warehouse operations.</li><li>Communication skills in a clear, approachable, professional and proactive manner; provide strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure while maintaining perspective.&nbsp;</li><li>Be creative, flexible and able to drive/guide change.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Capability to develop and coach individuals to higher performance.</li><li>Provide strong operations thinking that moves the vision to successful implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership qualities &ndash; patience, kindness, humility, respectful, selfless, forgiving, honest and committed to the growth of the individual and organization.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED certificate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Two years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. &nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in warehouse operations, materials handling, storage and delivery, as well as team leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Computer Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Basic computer skills.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><p>While performing typical duties of this job, production employees will experience the conditions noted below. &nbsp;PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment.</p><ul><li>Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled.</li><li>Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.</li><li>Exposure to hazardous equipment.</li><li>Exposure to contaminants.</li><li>Shared workspaces with other employees.</li><li>Requires handling objects of up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending. &nbsp;</li><li>Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime).</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)</strong></p><p>Required PPE provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee&rsquo;s position and exposure. &nbsp;Below are typical PPE used on the production floor. &nbsp;Appropriate PPE must be worn by all employees when on the production floor.</p><ul><li>Ear Plugs</li><li>Earmuffs</li><li>Full Face Shield</li><li>Gloves (Latex, Rubber, Chemical Resistant, General Duty) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Protective Apron</li><li>Respirator</li><li>Safety Glasses</li><li>Safety Goggles</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
