font-size: 12pt\">Answer phones and assist with questions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Schedule and confirm appointments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
