Assist the Food and Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and&#xa0;<br>\nmonitoring financial aspects of the beverage department.</p><p>• Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company&#xa0;<br>\nstandards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health&#xa0;<br>\nand safety regulations.&#xa0;<br>\n• Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and&#xa0;<br>\nsupervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and&#xa0;<br>\nprocedures.&#xa0;<br>\n• Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making&#xa0;<br>\nadjustments according to business needs.&#xa0;<br>\n• Assist the Food &amp; Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives&#xa0;<br>\nand monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.&#xa0;<br>\n• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing,&#xa0;<br>\nhiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and&#xa0;<br>\ndischarging.&#xa0;<br>\n• Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.&#xa0;<br>\n• Represent the Beverage Department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and&#xa0;<br>\nother internal and external employee-related hearings as needed.&#xa0;</p>",
