Leverage telematics platforms (Samsara, Element, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions and improve operational performance
Produce executive-level reports on fleet performance, utilization, cost-per-mile, fuel efficiency, and maintenance trends
Develop predictive analytics for maintenance scheduling and asset replacement; ensure data integrity and governance across all fleet systems
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, develop, and hold fleet coordinators, maintenance supervisors, and administrative staff accountable across direct and indirect reporting lines
Train warehouse and field personnel on fleet programs, telematics, and compliance requirements
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement; lead change management for system implementations and process improvement initiatives
