We foster a purpose-driven culture built on passion, optimism, and a genuine commitment to our customers, each other, and our planet.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage production schedules while ensuring material availability and preventing bottlenecks.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and supply chain teams to optimize resource planning.</li>\n<li>Calculate and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and logistics, and recommend cost-saving measures.</li>\n<li>Work with finance teams on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies.</li>\n<li>Utilize ERP/MRP systems for efficient planning, inventory management, and reporting.</li>\n<li>Ensure on-time product delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.</li>\n<li>Prepare production and cost analysis reports to support decision-making and audits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of cost accounting and production planning principles.</li>\n<li>Capable of managing tasks from initiation to completion, demonstrating proactivity and resourcefulness.
