We are hiring across multiple levels — Operator I, II, and III — based on your experience and qualifications. Whether you're new to pharmaceutical production or bring years of experience operating complex equipment, this is an opportunity to build a meaningful career in a GMP-regulated environment with structured training and clear advancement paths.</p><p><strong>We've recently increased our starting wages!</strong></p><p><strong>NEW $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time!</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities (Vary by Level)</strong></p><p>All levels contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li>Assist with material handling, setup, operation, and breakdown of manufacturing and packaging equipment.</li><li>Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment parts, tools, and work areas according to SOPs and GMP requirements.</li><li>Accurately document activities in batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Inspect products during operations to ensure they meet quality standards.</li><li>Follow written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Maintain personal hygiene and wear required PPE, including hearing protection when applicable.</li><li>(Operator II–III) Operate equipment independently while adhering to GMP and safety standards.</li><li>(Operator III) Troubleshoot complex equipment/process issues and mentor less experienced team members.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements by Level</strong></p><p><strong>All Levels:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks on the manufacturing floor.</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Basic communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Operator I</strong></p><ul><li>0–2 years of relevant experience or training preferred but not required.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in a regulated manufacturing environment.</li><li>Salary Range: $18.50/hr - $20.50/hr</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Operator II</strong></p><ul><li>2&amp;#43; years of relevant experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of GMP and accurate documentation practices.</li><li>Ability to independently operate moderately complex equipment.</li><li>Salary Range: $20/hr - $23/hr</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Operator III</strong></p><ul><li>4–6 years of experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging equipment.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot, guide others, and make process decisions independently.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and complex equipment handling.</li><li>Salary Range: $22/hr - $26/hr</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>401(k) Savings Plan</li><li>Company Paid Holidays (10)</li><li>Paid Time-Off</li><li>Other Paid Leave</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)</li><li>Opportunity to advance in company positions</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1st Shift – Monday through Friday – 7:30am to 3:30pm&nbsp;<br>2nd Shift – Monday through Friday – 3:15pm to 11:15pm&nbsp;additional $1.25 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift</p><p>The base salary (hourly) range for this position is&nbsp;$18.50 - $26.00; the exact salary depends on various factors such as experience, skills, education, location, competencies and industry-specific knowledge. &nbsp;In addition, ANI Pharmaceuticals offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off.
