Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network</li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact? </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have hands on instruction for Envoy Initial Ramp Training. </li>\n <li>Instructor must be proficient in all work locations performed by fleet service clerks. </li>\n <li>Must be able to teach all aircraft ground handling functions, including dispatch of aircraft with Lektro Tug units. </li>\n <li>Strict adherence to all EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies is required at all times.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the orientation, assistance with classroom instruction, and completing all training module, daily logs/ monitoring forms for all new hire employees. Training is performed on the airfield, under all weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a team environment and be able to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team. </li>\n <li>Ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age: 18</li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED or international equivalent; college degree preferred</li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.</p></li>\n <li>Must be able to select, train, guide, and motivate employees handle multiple projects concurrently and have a working knowledge of PC's and software applications</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
