In this role, you will support BCM One’s security operations by monitoring and responding to security events, strengthening detection and response capabilities, and helping protect our systems, data, and business operations. You will work closely with IT and Engineering teams to investigate incidents, manage vulnerabilities, and support compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. </span><br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in security operations who wants hands‑on exposure to enterprise‑level security programs. font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring and triaging alerts from SIEM, endpoint, identity, and cloud security tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Investigating suspicious activity and escalating incidents in line with BCM One’s Incident Response Plan.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting vulnerability and patch management efforts across business units.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Contributing to compliance activities such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 through evidence collection and control testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with IT and Engineering teams to enforce secure configurations and access controls.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Documenting procedures, findings, and operational playbooks to improve security operations over time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You Will Need:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of experience in information security, security operations, or IT roles with security responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of incident response, threat detection, and security operations concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands‑on experience with SIEM or SOC workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document clearly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">An analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
