    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Job Title: Production Assembler</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Location:</strong> Solon, OH</span><br><span><strong>Department:</strong> Manufacturing / Production</span><br><span><strong>Reports To:</strong> Operations Manager</span></p><p><span><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></p><p><span>We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to support hands-on, project-based manufacturing work. This role involves precision hand assembly and soldering of electronic components in accordance with industry and military standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and experience of working in a production or manufacturing environment.</span></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Perform hand assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.</span></li><li><span>Execute thru‑hole soldering, modification, and rework to IPC‑J‑STD‑001 or military workmanship standards.</span></li><li><span>Assemble project-based builds, prototypes, and low-to-medium volume production units.</span></li><li><span>Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship, quality, and compliance with specifications.</span></li><li><span>Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, bills of materials, wiring diagrams, and work orders.</span></li><li><span>Maintain proper documentation of work performed and report any discrepancies or defects.</span></li><li><span>Follow all safety, quality, and ESD procedures.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet project deadlines.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Preferred / Desired Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>IPC-J-STD-001 certification (current or expired)/or Military Soldering experience or certification.</span></li><li><span>Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with ESD-controlled environments.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Work Schedule</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Full Time</span></li><li><span>Shift: 1st</span></li><li><span>Overtime may be required based on production needs</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Competitive hourly pay</span></li><li><span>Medical, Dental and Vision</span></li><li><span>401(k) with company match</span></li><li><span>Paid time off and holidays</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift</span></li><li><span>Manual dexterity for handling small components</span></li><li><span>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move materials as required</span></li></ul>",
