    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><p>The<strong>&nbsp;Seasonal Aquatics Facility Director</strong> is an employee that has been identified for having exceptional leadership skills and demonstrated a strong work ethic. <strong>Seasonal Aquatics Facility Directors</strong> will work directly with their Regional Directors to ensure the facility is maintained to company and client standards. These standards are taught through Swim Club Management Group Orientation, and oversight from Regional Directors and other full-time staff members.</p><p>The expectations set forth for the <strong>Seasonal Aquatics Facility Director</strong> are to provide leadership development on a personal and professional level for all members of their leadership team (i.e. Assistant Facility Director, Facility Trainers) and each staff member at any facility they are at lifeguarding.&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><ul><li>Must be at least 16 years of age</li><li>Must have at least 2 year of Recreation or Hospitality Management</li><li>Must have or be willing to obtain a valid American Red Cross Lifeguard/ CPR/ First Aid/ AED Certification</li><li>Must attend SCMG&rsquo;s Traditions Training and On-site Training before first day of work</li><li>We value lifeguarding experience (2 years preferred)</li></ul><p><u>Job Specific Expectations:</u></p><ul><li>The Facility Director will oversee all tasks related to staff and facility management</li><li>Provide insight into scheduling staff members appropriate to their contract agreements</li><li>Provide oversight, training, and mentorship to leadership staff members&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as shift lead being the point of contact for patrons, staff, and Regional Directors during shift</li><li>Ensure facility is always being kept and managed to SCMG and client standards</li></ul><p><u>Exemplify Knowledge and Leadership to staff members in the below areas:</u></p><ul><li>Must attend 1 In-service Training a month&nbsp;</li><li>Teaching and Explaining Zone Rotations</li><li>Properly Maintaining Facility Cleanliness (trash night, bathroom checks, etc.)</li><li>Operating Pool Vacuum</li><li>Basic Facility Operations (member check-in, guest policy, pool hours, etc.)</li><li>Basic Safety Operations (thunder &amp; lightning policy, water contamination policy)</li><li>Facility Rules (slide, diving board, etc.)</li><li>SCMG Operations (swim lesson &amp; pool party sign-ups, phone policy, etc.)</li><li>All other facility-specific needs deemed important by Full-Time staff member or Facility Director&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
