About the role
The Marketing Coordinator at UOW India plays a critical on-the-ground role in driving marketing execution and enrolment performance for the campus.
The role is responsible for coordinating and executing all core marketing activities across brand, campaigns, lead management, CRM, social media and content.
Working closely with UOW Global Enterprise (HQ), recruitment team, conversion team, faculty, and external agencies, the position ensures that marketing initiatives are not only well designed but effectively executed, monitored and optimised.
The Marketing Coordinator is a well-rounded marketing professional with 3–5 years’ experience who understands how different components of marketing connect from lead generation to CRM nurturing, brand consistency and campaign performance and who can translate strategy into structured, measurable execution.
This role requires agility, strong stakeholder management, agency coordination capability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to ensure marketing contributes directly to enrolment outcomes.
