Learn more on our Benefits page. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>In your role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interview patients to obtain and document the medical history and current complaints.</li>\n <li>Direct the physician to patient needs and maintain patient flow in the department.</li>\n <li>Accompany and directly observe the provider/patient to document the physical exam, procedures, labs, radiology orders, medications and aftercare instructions as dictated by the physician.</li>\n <li>Proofread all work transcribed to ensure quality output: Proper patient and physician information, checking for accurate content, spelling and punctuation.</li>\n <li>Prepare diagnoses and discharge instructions per physician and ensure physician orders are carried out.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of experience preferably in a healthcare field or Bachelor's Degree required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to learn more about our awesome benefits offerings as well!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Disclaimers</h2>\n<p>• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.</p>",
