    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Long Prairie Packing, LLC,</strong> an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an<strong> Employee Engagement Coordinator</strong> at our Long Prairie, MN plant.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct tours: acquire knowledge of the production floor to carry out informative tours.</li>\n <li>Create announcements.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and organize engagement events.</li>\n <li>Facilitate team building activities.</li>\n <li>Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.</li>\n <li>Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.</li>\n <li>Cultivate a positive working relationship with each off-site vendor to obtain the best deals for company events.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.</li>\n <li>Facilitating surveys to gather employees’ feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels</li>\n <li>Identify trends and insights to optimized engagement.</li>\n <li>NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic PC skills: experience with MAS or other A/P packages is helpful.</li>\n <li>Prior accounts payable experience helpful.</li>\n <li>Skill and qualification in social media strategy</li>\n <li>Good attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform job duties with minimal direction.</li>\n <li>Good work and attendance record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education, Training, and Licenses:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma/GED required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The expected base salary range for this position is between $19.70 to $21.70.
