At Faulkner Collision, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><p>· High school diploma or equivalent</p><p>· PA Appraiser’s License required</p><p>· Excellent customer service skills</p><p>· Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment</p><p>· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><p>· Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.</p><p>· Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.</p><p>· Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs.</p><p>· Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><p>· Salary plus bonus: $65,000-$95,000 per year</p><p>· Full Time</p><p>· PTO and holidays</p><p>· 401(K) retirement plan with company matching</p><p>· The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</p><p>· Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</p><p>· Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash</p><p><br></p><p>At Faulkner Collision in Philadelphia, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
