Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p>The <b>key purpose</b> of this role is to Develop and execute differentiated experiences that surprise consumers &amp; build brands</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key roles and responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Brief, activity plan, production, execution, evaluation of major flagship events &amp; brand experiences.</p></li><li><p>Execute events strategy, national events plan and develop/manage regional calendars.</p></li><li><p>Manage relationships with multiple agency and internal stakeholders pertaining event negotiation, planning and execution.</p></li><li><p>Manage regional experiential events budget and negotiate sponsorship deals pertaining regional event properties at local level</p></li><li><p>Support and ensure brands/regions in best-in-class execution on other.</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent execution of regional assets across Africa.</p></li><li><p>Execute event &amp; brand experience activation toolkits (by type, by size) and lead the communication and training of same.</p></li><li><p>Owns ticketing &amp; Hospitality fulfilment.</p></li><li><p>Manage event &amp; experiential agency / partner / supplier model and grid; manage relationships and develop specialized BTL agencies.</p></li><li><p>Budget Management</p></li><li><p>Establish ROI criteria and measure for all events/experiences (Brand teams accountable to manage/monitor/adhere).</p></li><li><p>Build capabilities across Africa (connections, brand, markets, agencies) and transfer best practices and learnings across countries.</p></li><li><p>Trends &amp; opportunities, competitive monitoring.</p></li><li><p>Subject matter specialists (SME) in:-Experiential execution - Festivals, Stadia -Ticketing &amp; Hospitality.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirement: </b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Sales and Marketing related degree</p></li><li><p>2 years experience in Formal On Premise Market</p></li><li><p>Valid unendorsed Code 8 drivers license</p></li><li><p>Verbal ability and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Persuasiveness and selling ability</p></li><li><p>Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people</p></li><li><p>Experience in handling On Premise Key Accounts.</p></li><li><p>Experience in handling very demanding customers.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a high profile / LSM consumer base.</p></li><li><p>Broad knowledge of a Premium Co. market.</p></li><li><p>Execution experience in a Premium Co. market.</p></li><li><p>Strong Internal Stakeholder relationships.</p></li><li><p>Draught handling / execution experience.</p></li><li><p>Key Internal Project management ie Spiritual Homes, Draught Training Experience etc</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Band: IX</b></p></li></ul>",
