We’re hiring a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity</li><li>Work closely with procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing teams to confirm material and resource availability</li><li>Monitor production flow and adjust schedules as needed due to demand changes, equipment downtime, or labor constraints</li><li>Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and schedule adherence</li><li>Manage the Aluminum Manufacturing schedule, including packet assembly</li><li>Support the painted metal process to ensure materials are sent to and returned from the coater on schedule<br></li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of production scheduling experience</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, ERP/MRP systems, and lean production principles</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and production tracking tools<br></li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to climate variations, noise, and machinery</li><li>Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed<br></li></ul><p>Join a team where your attention to detail and scheduling expertise directly impact production success.
