          "text": "<p><strong>WHAT’S THE JOB?</strong></p><p><br>\nWe are seeking a Business Finance Analyst to support operations finance.           "text": "<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor or Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business</li><li>3+ years of financial analysis</li><li>Experience in contract or operations-based environments preferred</li><li>Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting</li><li>CPA (or working toward) is an asset</li><li>Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)</li><li>ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)</li><li>Experience with reporting/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an asset</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement</li><li>Ability to translate financial results into operational insights</li></ul>",
