    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>The Director/Senior Director of Development Operations reports directly to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Revenue.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>This position plays a vital role within Baylor Athletics and the Bear Foundation, overseeing the day-to-day operations of premium seating stewardship, donor communications, and philanthropic support planning. The role is responsible for developing strategic donor engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships, enhance stewardship efforts, and support the long-term philanthropic growth of Baylor Athletics.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>A bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant professional experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A master’s degree is preferred. Relevant experience will not be considered in lieu of the educational requirement. </span><i><span><strong><u>Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.</u></strong></span></i></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>The disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Collaborate with the Bear Foundation, ticket sales, and ticket operations teams to develop and execute donor communication strategies&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Oversee the development and implementation of Bear Foundation marketing and communication initiatives</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Manage gift processing operations and streamline operations&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Create and manage social media and digital engagement strategies for Bear Foundation platforms&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Serve as a liaison for Paciolan, specifically supporting the Bear Foundation’s premium seating operations&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Lead operations and customer service initiatives during football and basketball game days, with a focus on donor relations and premium experiences&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Develop, organize, and enhance sport-specific giving programs&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Manage stewardship and engagement initiatives for the “Big Wheel” donor program&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Develop and execute comprehensive donor stewardship plans to increase donor retention and long-term engagement&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Coordinate premium hospitality experiences, donor recognition initiatives, and special event programming&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Identify donor cultivation, upgrade, and engagement opportunities</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Assist with capital campaigns, annual fund initiatives, as needed&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Produce donor impact reports, campaign updates, and stewardship communications for internal and external audiences&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Analyze donor trends, ticketing data, and engagement metrics to
