    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Upholding and enforcing safety policies and procedures, following company guidelines.</p><p>· Assuring compliance with all QA &amp; QC policies/ standards.</p><p>· Examining products.</p><p>· Observing &amp; monitoring the operation of machines.</p><p>· Unloading/ loading materials from hoppers, bins, dryers and other processing equipment.</p><p>· Operate V blenders and other machines to perform simple sizing tasks.</p><p>· Reporting any breakdowns to the supervisor in charge, such as Production Managers or Shipping &amp; Receiving Manager.</p><p>· Maintaining cleanliness.</p><p>· Technical support, as applicable to the job.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>Standing or walking for 80% of the shift</p><p>Bending, twisting, and reaching</p><p>Climbing on/ off forklift regularly</p><p>Lifting 50 pounds</p><p>Climbing ladders and working at heights of approximately 6’</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Accurately convert measurements using basic math.</p><p>Forklift experience required.</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p><p>Computer skills a plus.</p><p>Schedule: 1st shift, 5 AM -3 PM, Mon-Thurs</p><p>Location: 105 Phyllis Drive, Croydon, PA 19021</p>",
