Join our Clinical Research team and play a vital role in improving the patient and family experience throughout the clinical trial journey. As a Clinical Research Program Navigator, you will guide patients with cancer and their families by connecting them to resources, removing barriers to care, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish. Collaborate closely with Research teams, care providers and support services to enhance processes, improve outcomes, and ensure patients receive the highest level of coordinated care.
As a successful candidate, you will:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clinical trial patients and families, providing guidance, education, and ongoing support
Introduce patients to available programs, services and resources.
Help navigate the care continuum
Assess patient and family needs, identify potential barriers, coordinate solutions to support treatment adherence
Act as a liaison between research, clinical teams, and support departments to improve the overall care experience
Provide proactive follow-up, including post-treatment check-ins and appointment reminders for at-risk patients.
Assist with scheduling coordination and ensure efficient, patient-centered care planning
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
Availability to commute 10% of the time to meet with patients

Preferred education, experience and skills:
Master's Degree in Health or Health-related field
