The successful candidate will help shape product direction, drive prioritization, and align teams around delivery outcomes across a rapidly evolving transformation roadmap.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Define and evolve product roadmaps aligned to business priorities, customer impact, and technical constraints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to shape requirements into scalable product and platform outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead backlog management, prioritization, and delivery sequencing across multiple teams and dependencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify risks, impacts, trade-offs, and potential breaking changes across consuming platforms and customer journeys.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure teams have clear context, priorities, and decision-making support to deliver effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain visibility of roadmap progress, delivery risks, assumptions, and strategic decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Experience required</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or Product Lead within complex technology environments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working on travel, airline, loyalty, ecommerce, or customer-facing digital platforms.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams on platform or integration-heavy programmes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong product backlog management and prioritization experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where requirements, priorities, and solutions evolve over time.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience coordinating dependencies, priorities, and delivery outcomes across multiple teams and systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
