          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.</li><li>Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).</li><li>5 or more years of experience in design development, permitting, and construction assistance in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, military, and public sector projects.</li><li>Experience with engineering practices within the Alaskan (arctic and sub-arctic) specific climate.</li><li>Experience in a multi-discipline setting</li><li>Experience with both urban and rural infrastructure throughout Alaska preferred</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Interest and ability to be or develop into a mentor for more junior engineers</li></ul><p><strong>This position is not eligible for sponsorship. </strong></p>",
