Working within our thriving buildings practice, you will contribute to project delivery standards and work processes, provide quality control, workload forecasting, financial performance accountability, and collaboration with other disciplines.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.</li>\n <li>Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams</li>\n <li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with project leaders, design partners, peers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics, and develop innovative and practical solutions, and meet the project's conditions of satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project milestones.</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively</li>\n <li>Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders</li>\n <li>Mentor junior staff and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.</li>\n <li>Engage with external partners, including vendors and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and integration of project design.</li>\n <li>Establish relationships with clients, agencies, providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project objectives.</li>\n <li>Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project requirements are met.</li>\n <li>Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess project variables and develop reliable design solutions independently.</li>\n <li>Prepare detailed design documents, specifications, and reports.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.</li>\n <li>Participate in/lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Successfully manage projects and tasks of a scope, complexity, and revenue budget appropriate to experience.</li>\n <li>Meets technical, contractual, schedule, budgetary, and client service objectives for each project.</li>\n <li>Manages and plans the production resources and workflow to produce the design documentation, drawings, and calculations required for projects.</li>\n <li>Effectively delegate work to production support staff.</li>\n <li>Nurtures existing client relationships and proactively pursues opportunities for new business.</li>\n <li>Develop project proposals and participate in project pursuits.</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver project-related client presentations.</li>\n <li>Proactively pursues additional knowledge in related disciplines by attending available in-house and external training.</li>\n <li>Maintain awareness of operational, technical, or regulatory changes within the A&amp; E industry, disseminate such knowledge to staff and firm, and integrate it into existing processes and standards.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain and update specification documents, technical documentation, and standards in collaboration with other technical leaders in Stantec.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain industry relationships and visibility with current and prospective clients, sub-consultants, and partner firms in the local and regional A/E industry.</li>\n</ul>",

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
