Provide learning and development opportunities for employees. Functions as the primary liaison with property to handle any issues and to manage the hotel contract.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Direct day-to-day floor operations of technicians, including set and strike, and scheduling. Delegate tasks appropriately.</li><li>Manage an efficient and profitable AV and Business Center (where applicable) operation. Focus on revenue maximization &amp; cost control, in accordance with company standard operating procedures.</li><li>Manager onsite inventory according to company standards.</li><li>Maintain and cultivate positive public relations with the Hotel account.</li><li>Maintain positive employee relations.</li><li>Effectively utilize the company&#39;s business software.</li><li>Ensure that billing is reviewed and approved by clients.</li><li>Maintaining a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self and the company.</li><li>Supervise security, inventory control, transportation, and maintenance of equipment. Ensure all employees are properly trained in all areas.</li><li>Provide a 90-day revenue forecast and show P&amp;L statements.</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provides outstanding customer services by establishing excellent working relationships with internal and external clients, team members, neighboring SNA Event Production locations, and all vendors.</li><li>Meet with guests onsite to ensure that their needs are met, and the equipment setup is working properly.</li><li>Portrays a polished, professional image according to the guidelines in the Employee Guide and/or hotel standards and ensures the team adheres to the same standards.</li><li>Supervises and mentors staff to ensure client satisfaction and revenue maximization via onsite perfecting.</li></ul><p><strong>People Development &amp; Training:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Promotes and reinforces a positive working environment centered on SNA Event Productions core values.</li><li>Maintain a positive employee relations environment for all AV and Business Center (if applicable) team members.</li><li>Manage performance, address employee concerns, maintain adequate staffing levels, and facilitate team development.</li><li>Lead by example in portraying a polished, professional image according to the guidelines in the Employee Guide.</li><li>Promote and drive professional development and training efforts to improve overall business acumen, technical knowledge, and service to the field.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Competencies:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A High School diploma is required.
