    "jobDescription": "<div><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Farnell </b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Farnell, an Avnet company, is a global high-service distributor of technology products, services and solutions for electronic system design, maintenance and repair.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p></div><div>Our team in Leeds are currently recruiting a <b>Shift </b><b>Supervisor </b>to join us in our <b>Distribution</b> <b>Centre at Logic Industrial Park, Leeds 9</b>. </div><div><p></p><p>If you are looking for a role within a global organization, where customer focus is at the heart of what we do, a team that work hard and pull together our team are looking for you!</p><p></p><p>Our team have gone through a period of change following the on-boarding of a <b>new purpose build  facility</b>, to support this we have newly created roles within the team <b>supporting, coaching,</b> <b>managing, coaching and developing</b> our <b>Production Operatives</b>.  Previous experience in working within a <b>Distribution or Warehouse facility is essential</b> along with being a <b>people person</b> and <b>managing a team</b> (large or small).  Key in this role is the ability to <b>build relationships</b> and <b>engaging with the team</b> to ensure the best working environment whilst having fun along the way. </p><p></p><p>Our Supervisors are key in the management of activities such packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfilment, stock handling, storing, distribution and the inventory.
