As a Senior Wire Technician, you’ll tackle the most complex projects, mentor the team, and ensure every system meets the highest standards of performance and safety.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><strong>This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Independently assemble and test complete electrical and pneumatic systems.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Connect and test components (DeltaV™, Ovation™, PLCs, relays, transmitters, solenoid valves).</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Apply expert knowledge of NEC, wiring codes, and diagnostic techniques to solve challenges.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Drive quality and efficiency while meeting customer and schedule requirements.</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Provide hands-on training and leadership to Wire Technicians I and II.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">You come up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique.&nbsp; You are open to change and continue to learn and experience new opportunities.&nbsp; You bring a solution to the problem.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Expert knowledge of electrical theory and principles,</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Mastery of the tools and equipment used in the electrical trades&nbsp;</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">The ability to interpret, apply and disseminate drawings, specifications and codes,</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">A commitment to health, safety, cost, and quality conscious.&nbsp;</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">The ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods of time, kneel, reach, briefly work in awkward postures and climb ladders or step stools.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc\">\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">5+ years of experience in similar roles &amp; environments</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Completion of a skilled trades program in electrical or automation systems</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Extensive history of both electrical and leadership experience</li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">Previous work with Industrial control systems or PLC integration</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\"><strong>Our Culture and Commitment to You:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
