She/he is also responsible for clinical nutrition assessment and intervention including formulating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating nutritional care plans for those in hospital and within North East 1&amp;2.\n     </div>\n    </div>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   &nbsp;\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Human Resources Exemption: </strong>No \n <br>\n <br><strong>Experience</strong>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum two (2) years' experience as a Registered Dietitian</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics</li>\n <li>Completion of an approved Dietetic Practicum Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Dietitian (RD)</li>\n <li>Valid Class 5 driver's license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Memberships</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diabetes Education Section (DES)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of the&nbsp;impact of social/economic/cultural issues on chronic disease</li>\n <li>Knowledge of acute care, neuro rehab, and community based health systems. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to plan, organize/coordinate efforts with other team members</li>\n <li>knowledge of practice of nutrition and dietetics across the continuum of care</li>\n <li>Ability to competently use computers and software applications</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of diabetes practices and principles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other information:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.</li>\n</ul>",
