In this role, you will work cross functionally to deliver insightful, actionable analytics and influential reporting packages to drive change and improved financial performance.</p><ul><li><p>Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis. Produce weekly / Monthly / Quarterly and ad hoc reporting of financial results and drivers in FP&amp;A – Orders, Sales, Gross Margin &amp; OPEX; Build Forecasts &amp; participate in Budgets</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and key operational metrics.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales reports highlighting key drivers, risks &amp; opportunities, currency impact, global macros, and red target opportunities. Tracking Organic Sales Growth, Gross Margin, EBITDA conversion, etc.- GAAP and non-GAAP reporting</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyse the daily Orders data; Prepare “Daily Order Forecast” report, track orders KPIs like Backlog, Takt time, etc.</p></li><li><p>Periodic reporting of Gross-to-Net Sales, and analysing the associated drivers of Cash discounts, rebate, market development fund, etc.</p></li><li><p>Track &amp; report OPEX – R&amp;D, SG&amp;A cost; prepare variance analysis, Forecasting and Budging</p></li><li><p>Prepare periodic inventory reports, KPIs, dashboards, with focus on inventory forecasting, seasonality trends, Working/Non-working inventory, etc.</p></li><li><p>Conduct in-depth analysis of AR, DSO, DIO, and Cash flow data, and to assist business in developing related month-end/quarter-end reports.</p></li><li><p>Drive value-add change by assisting in simplifying processes, accelerating automation / digitization and enhancing analytics function</p></li><li><p>Partner across Corporate and Business Groups FP&amp;A and regional teams to perform ad hoc requests</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 2-4 Years of relevant FP&amp;A work experience</p></li><li><p><b>Education:</b>  CA/CMA /MBA (Finance)</p></li><li><p><b>Analytical Skills:</b> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</p></li><li><p><b>Technical Skills:</b> Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis tools.</p></li><li><p><b>Communication:</b> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p><b>Team Player:</b> Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p></li><li><p><b>Initiative:</b> Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being </b></p><p>3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
