    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Lead Engineer shall establish, refine, and oversee IT service delivery to internal and external customers. The CE provides oversight for the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all cloud and on-premise LAN/WAN and IT infrastructure systems, including telecommunications, servers, storage, network, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals. The CE shall ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services. The CE shall engage customers, evaluate their feedback, and develop quality improvement processes.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.</li>\n <li>A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.</li>\n <li>A minimum of ten years of experience directly related to IT services.</li>\n <li>Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service Management.</li>\n <li>Experience utilizing service delivery in a federal government systems and services environment.</li>\n <li>Experience utilizing Agile development, DevOps, and knowledge management methodologies</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks</li>\n <li>Experience in an IC environment performing in related technical areas</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of the customer processes, programs, and policies</li>\n <li>Demonstrated expert ability to effectively work with senior and executive level Government staff</li>\n <li>CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Associate/Expert or similar certifications</li>\n <li>TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
