reports, new business and renewal pricing, marketing principles, and ad hoc business support requests.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><u>Job Responsibilities</u></p><ul><li><strong>Process and product engineering:</strong><ul><li>Support development and deployment of Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain Management processes with analytics and Kaizen efforts,</li><li>Analyze, review and optimize logistics processes,</li><li>Monitor and benchmark Logistics Key Performance Indicator systems</li><li>Create floor plans and process flows&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate directly with various internal and external stakeholders to conduct end to end process assessments</li><li>Analyze processes to identify re-engineering opportunities which will create efficiencies and/or enhance controls</li><li>Identify opportunities to leverage intelligent automation solutions to increase process efficiency and reduce risk</li><li>Effectively plan and coordinate implementing process changes enabling teams to realize efficiencies or control enhancements</li><li>Create highly effective presentation materials to communicate status updates to executive management</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Operational Stabilization and Transition for Logistics Performance Issues</strong><ul><li>Support local operational stabilization activities as required to support internally or externally identified performance issues</li><li>Act as a neutral interface between IDC operations and client to drive operational improvements as needed</li><li>Develop base case and root cause analysis</li><li>Work with local operations to identify and prioritize action items or improvement initiatives</li><li>Support the implementation of improvement initiatives</li><li>Monitor improvement initiatives to ensure expected results.</li><li>Perform time studies, confirm, and document productivity assumptions used in the analysis of business models for internal and external customers&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other tasks and ad hoc requests that may be assigned</li><li>Customer facing tasks (present solutions and explain models)</li><li>Re-engineering of solutions to support operations and maximize company profit</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Business Process Improvement / support &ndash;&nbsp;</strong>support Logistics process and IT migration design for implementation of new client engagements and business expansion with existing customers including the following:<ul><li>Support implementation activities associated with operational improvement initiatives, lead where assigned.</li><li>Ensure implementations align with current defined operational best practices and standard processes&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor budget and timelines related to logistics implementations</li><li>Implement standardized quality programs and continuous improvement methodology (Kaizen) as part of local implementations</li><li>Ensure required reporting and KPI&rsquo;s align with current operational best practices and local capabilities</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Minimum Required Qualifications</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Three to five years warehouse/logistics pricing experience</li><li>Experience managing RFI/RFP responses</li><li>Experience engaging directly with customers on various project assignments</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and project management skills</li><li>Highly motivated and able to complete tasks with limited management
