    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure daily review of ServiceNow portal customer equipment requests, tasks and tickets are fulfilled in a timely manner, in accordance with DLA Asset Management policies.</li>\n <li>Provide daily customer and team support to facilitate both local and regional hardware requirements and requests.</li>\n <li>Perform cyclical physical inventories of all DLA common use IT equipment.</li>\n <li>Monitor stock levels regularly and submit accurate, auditable monthly inventory reports.</li>\n <li>Ensure accountability and proper asset lifecycle procedures are used to conform to expected organizational standards and goals.</li>\n <li>Conduct all Receiving/Shipping of DLA hardware and ensure all hardware updates are performed in a timely and accurate manner, for all provisioned, transferred, received, and excessed equipment.</li>\n <li>Draft correspondence and prepare site inventory reports, as required.</li>\n <li>Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly regional operational meeting to ensure all requirements are addressed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliable transportation, and ability to use POV to travel on-site..</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Adobe.</li>\n <li>US Citizen</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Are you a current college student looking for a summer internship?
