    "description": "<p>Seeking Quality Professionals for manufacturing companies in Hagerstown, MD and Greencastle/Chambersburg PA areas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We have 2 Quality Manager positions open and 2 Quality Engineer positions open.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Managers:</p>\n<p>--Lead the Quality functions for a single manufacturing facility</p>\n<p>--Direct the Quality department staff</p>\n<p>--Put in place Quality Management Systems to all phases of manufacturing process</p>\n<p>--ISO experience necessary and critical (Ensure all Audits get completed)</p>\n<p>--Provide leadership group with all key metrics and statistics related to Quality</p>\n<p>--Measure supplier quality and help qualify new vendors</p>\n<p>--Be involved with all major Corrective Action situations with customers</p>\n<p>--Provide training as needed on any quality systems tools and procedures</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Engineers</p>\n<p>--Conduct all of the above tasks related to ensuring a quality product is delivered</p>\n<p>--Conduct inspections, work with suppliers on quality, get involved with RCA and Corrective Actions</p>\n<p>--Help input and put together Quality metrics and statistics</p>\n<p>--Help manager Internal Audit schedule</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Desired Education, Experience, and Qualities</p>\n<p>--Prefer a BS in Engineering or a Business Degree</p>\n<p>--Engineers-Prefer 2-3 years of experience as a QE</p>\n<p>--Managers-Prefer 6-10 years of progressive quality assurance experience. 2-3 years as a manager</p>\n<p>--Good working experience with Lean and Six Sigma </p>\n<p>--Need proactive people with good interpersonal skills</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please apply in the system or contact TONY at <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"mailto:[email protected]\">[email protected]</a></p>",
