    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Performance Health is looking for a 2<sup>nd</sup> Shift Maintenance Technician to join our production team in Akron, OH. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing facility and production equipment by performing the essential job duties.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>This onsite position will be working 2nd shift hours, 2-10pm, Monday through Friday.&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintenance troubleshooting and repairs for plant facility and production equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for building repairs, lighting, hvac, plumbing and wiring</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preventative maintenance for production equipment and facility</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic knowledge of facility equipment such as: boiler, chiller and hvac for minor repairs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Upgrade equipment by engineering and fabricating parts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for installing new equipment, as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Electrical repair experience, light duty wiring and electrical troubleshooting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years of experience working with machines and controls</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Completed certification from college or technical school is highly preferred</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge and use of CMMS maintenance work order systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of word processing software and order processing systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds with assistance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where frequent exposure to hazardous chemicals, dust, dirt, fumes, extreme heat and cold, wet or humid conditions occurs</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $27.00 - $34.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
