This role is responsible for inspection oversight, welder qualification, and continuous quality improvement within a production environment.</p><p>You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance, minimizing rework, and supporting efficient throughput by partnering closely with production and quality teams.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Conduct in-process and final inspections of structural welds to verify conformance with applicable standards&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate weld fit-up, joint preparation, and overall workmanship during fabrication&nbsp;</li><li>Certify and requalify welders across multiple processes including SAW, FCAW, GMAW, and MCAW&nbsp;</li><li>Review blueprints, weld symbols, and technical documents to ensure proper execution&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain detailed inspection records and ensure documentation accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Identify nonconforming welds and support resolution efforts with production teams&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate or assist with nondestructive testing activities (UT, MT, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to corrective actions by providing clear inspection findings&nbsp;</li><li>Support audits by preparing and presenting quality documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Promote adherence to internal quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>",
