This role ensures seemless, informed, and memorable experience by coordinating the final sale with our internal teams. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are driven, competitive, and ready to be part of a growing team that rewards performance, your journey starts here.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PERKS</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance options</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA) option</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>401k with company matching</li>\n <li>Industry-leading Sales & Product Training</li>\n <li>Powerful Brand Recognition </li>\n <li>Team-oriented culture built for winning</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department.</li>\n <li>Manage incoming calls by routing them appropriately and providing general company information.</li>\n <li>Process new and transfer inventory accurately, including printing and reprinting stock tags.</li>\n <li>Support recall documentation by checking manufacturer portals and notifying internal teams.</li>\n <li>Create new customer profiles in CAMP and maintain accurate internal records.</li>\n <li>Track and log dealer license plates used for test drives and support escalation of customer concerns.</li>\n <li>Prepare and execute all day-of-delivery tasks, including VIP tags, special requests, and CAMP navigation.</li>\n <li>Greet customers during delivery, ensure all work orders are completed and paid, and provide keys while thanking them for their business.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.</li>\n <li>Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.</li>\n <li>People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.</li>\n <li>Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About General RV</strong></p>\n<p>General RV was founded when Abe Baidas converted a Detroit gas station into a small RV sales and manufacturing facility in 1962.
