      "value": "<ul><li>Design and update PCB layouts based on electrical schematics and engineering requirements.</li><li>Create and maintain component library by creating component symbols and footprints in accordance with <strong>IPC standards.</strong></li><li>Apply PCB design rules for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.</li><li>Ensure PCB designs comply with <strong>IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-6012</strong>, and other relevant IPC standards.</li><li>Generate fabrication and assembly files (Gerbers, drill files, BOMs, pick-and-place data).</li><li>Perform design rule checks (DRC) and support design reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers to implement design changes and resolve layout issues.</li><li>Communicate with PCB fabricators and assemblers to resolve manufacturing topics and address DFM/DFA feedback.</li><li>Maintain accurate revision control and technical documentation.</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li>Diploma or associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB layout or electronics design support.</li><li>Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle, KiCad, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>IPC PCB design, fabrication, and assembly standards.</strong></li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.</li><li>Knowledge of PCB manufacturing technologies (rigid, flex, thick copper, metal clad etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.</li><li>Ideally, a IPC certification (e.g., IPC CID or CID+).</li><li>Experience with multilayer, high voltage, high-speed, or mixed-signal PCBs is a Plus. </li><li>Familiarity with quality and compliance requirements in regulated industries.</li></ul><em>We recognize that women and other under-represented groups are often overlooked in our industry.
