          "text": "<p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p>Shuttle Driver / Guest Relations Specialist&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Location: &#xa0;</strong></p><p>725 E US Hwy 80, Forney, TX 75126, USA</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong><br>\n<br>\nAs a Shuttle Driver / Guest Relations Specialist for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by cheerfully greeting our guest, assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes</li><li>Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guest</li><li>Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers</li><li>Providing a safe, nice difference® service for our valued guests&#xa0;in our branded company shuttle vehicle</li><li>Keeps a timely shuttle route</li><li>Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles</li><li>Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed</li><li>Notifies the store director or operations manager&#xa0;of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance</li><li>Keep&#xa0;the shuttle clean inside and out via automated car wash&#xa0;and vacuums</li><li>Refuel&#xa0;shuttle at designated local gas stations&#xa0;</li><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Follow up guest phone calls, answer phone calls, assist guests at counter, scan documents</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
