Opportunities for career advancement, excellent benefits and long-term stability are some of the advantages of our growing, employee-focused company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong></p>\n<p>The typical annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00 USD to $155,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort</li>\n <li>Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues</li>\n <li>Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements</li>\n <li>Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal</li>\n <li>Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter</li>\n <li>Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Degree: </strong>MA/MS degree</p>\n<p><strong>Allowable Substitution: </strong>Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.</p>\n<p><strong>CLEARANCE</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Condition of Employment:</strong>  Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
