The deal also facilitates the distribution of Castillo Hermanos&rsquo;s brands, meeting nostalgia-driven demand from US Hispanic consumers.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Harvest Hill is headquartered in Stamford, CT with a nationwide network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, employing over 1,000 employees in the United States.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position will be located onsite 5 days a week in Verona, PA.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Information Technology Infrastructure Technician will ensure the availability and functionality of all information technology systems including hardware (servers, PCs, VMware / Hyper-V, printers/scanners, and conferencing), communication (phone system, internet, middleware), and applications (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and cloud-based apps). In this role, the IT Network Administrator will work closely with other IT team members and interact with all departments supporting various operational initiatives. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with emotional intelligence, self-motivation and integrity. A composed demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow through are a must.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Position Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Support LANs, VPN, users, applications, internet, and intranet systems.</li><li>Maintain system efficiency &amp; performance not limited to, network facilities, servers, workstations, printers, phones, VPN, email &amp; intrusion detection systems and all technology related items.</li><li>Maintain &amp; monitor network and systems to ensure security.</li><li>Analyze and isolate issues.</li><li>Setup new team members, identify user needs and troubleshoot problems reported.</li><li>Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.</li><li>Documentation and inventory of all IT systems.</li><li>Assists in the implementation of new operating systems, servers, hardware deployments and upgrades not limited to new system migrations and or existing system upgrades.</li><li>Participate in disaster preparedness plan preparation and deployment.</li><li>Monitor and maintain anti-virus and security applications for network and workstations.</li><li>Researches and prepares recommendations, solutions and quotes for new technologies, equipment, suppliers, products and assists in deploying.</li><li>Maintain an IT request tracking system that allows users to submit requests and receive communication on status and completion of request.</li><li>Timely communication with status of task and IT items to Leadership.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree</li><li>3+ years of relevant network system experience</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Windows Server, HyperV, VMWare Active Directory, Office 365 and Cisco and Microsoft Azure</li><li>Ability to multi-task and complete assignments within agreed upon time frame</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot end user issues remotely</li><li>Ability to travel (&lt;10% of the time)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams, supporting colleagues and contributing actively to shared goals</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently</li><li>Familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
